In the Beginning ...Delivery Day!
The delivery day for my new Camaro Z28 was in February of 2000. I traded in my 1998 Camaro V6 for a new 2000 Camaro Z28. The V6 had all the options including an automatic transmission which was great for cruising around town. Both cars were almost identical except for the interior which was tan and the engine which was now a powerful V8.
engine Here is a picture of the engine before anything was done to it. Very clean but also very plain. In the photos on the engine bay page you will see how I transformed the engine bay into a show winner.
I could not resist taking some pictures of the car as soon as I pulled into the driveway. Notice the Enkei Win Wheels and Goodyear F1 tires. These were not stock, I had purchased these for my Camaro before I decided to trade it in. When I traded it the dealer swapped them for me.

Another picture of the car on delivery day.
A picture of the back of the car showing the stock exhaust which was eventually changed to the new SLP loud mouth with quad tips. See my installation page.
A picture (right) of the front of the car showing the factory grill insert and front air dam which was eventually changed to the new solid grill insert and Wings West F1 air dam that wraps completely around the front of the car and is 2" taller.

A picture of the stock gear shifter in the car which was changed to the B&M Ripper Shifter. The B&M has a shorter throw making it tighter than the stock shifter. See my installation page.
