Air Conditioner Condenser

Pictured right is the air conditioning condenser. I used a dremel with a sand paper wheels to cut though the first layer of dirt and oxidation. Next was to buff and polish using Mothers Aluminum Polish to bring out the shine. Unfortunately, I had to work on it still connected which took a little more time to do. Approximate time to complete was 2 hours.

Throttle Body

Pictured left is the stock throttle body. The first thing I did was to remove the throttle body from the engine to make it easier to polish. I used a dremel with sand paper to grid off all the imperfections of the mold. Then sanded the entire piece with 400 grit sandpaper. Next was to buff and polish using Mothers Aluminum Polish to bring out the shine. The inside was also done to create a nice smooth surface for air flow. Approximate time to complete was 2 hours.

Wire Loom Change

Pictured left is yellow wire loom that was used to replace all the dull black loom within the engine bay. The sizes that were used is 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" and 3/4". Approximate time to complete was 3 hours.

Completed Engine Bay (for now)

Pictured left is the completed engine bay. As I come up with new ideas they will be added. So far I am pretty happy with the turn out.

Pictured left is another picture of the engine along with one of the first place trophies that was won at a local car show.
